FIFTEEN 360

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience at FIFTEEN 360. We came in for a Sunday afternoon meal and the paella was the absolute star of the show—truly delicious and authentic. We paired it with a fantastic Espinosa wine, which was the perfect recommendation for the flavors of the dish. Great food, wonderful atmosphere, and even better company made for a perfect weekend outing. If you're looking for quality Mediterranean flavors, this is the spot!

We first saw this when we visited the Espinoza Winery. We found out that we had to make a reservation for the Paella. So when we went back, we took a card from the daughter of the owners of the winery who is the owner and chef of the fifteen.360 Paella. She showed us a plate she was bringing out to another family and looked great. Last week we scanned the code and reserved 2 Paellas for a party of 4. The daughter replied to us within a short period of time and we booked for a Sunday afternoon. While I would like to keep this a secret, I honestly can’t. The paella was magnificent and ready for us when we arrived. We paired it with several bottles wine and we were not disappointed. 5 stars to the Espinoza family and to their daughter for an amazing dish. We WILL be back for more.

This is the best Paella I have ever had. We came here for the wine and stayed because of the Paella. 10/10. Thank you. We will be back.

Stumbled upon this gem - the Sunday paella was absolutely delicious. Super well done. Sipping the wine and looking out at the sun on the mountains while eating awesome paella was magical and transportive.

The paella, offered on Sundays at Espinosa Vineyards, is wonderful. Chicken and chorizo, with perfectly cooked rice and veggies. Pairs great with some wine!
