Completely new to this, as in, I’ve never had a massage before. What an amazing experience! Joel talked me through the process and made sure I was comfortable the entire session. We had a quick discussion beforehand, to understand what brought me in. While I had some problem areas I was open to trying the very basics. He was very communicative in explaining what he was focusing on and how he would do it. This was an amazing experience for trying something new. 100/100! He didn’t try to pressure me on anything either which was nice and I appreciate that! I like that he gave me a brochure on one of the services he does, definitely going to look into that. I’m so glad he’s serving this area and I could not recommend him more!

I have known Joel for awhile now and I can honestly say he is the kindest most amazing therapist I have ever had the pleasure of seeing. His massages relaxed my body and soul and made me feel seen when I was struggling with pain and mind you this was way before he opened his own practice. I wish I lived in the area because I would absolutely take advantage of his gifts now. Sense of relaxation came so quickly! Felt at ease in my body and like the weight of the world had lifted from my very relieved body! Felt completely able to focus, relieved facial nerve pain that was practically debilitating for last 6 months! 2 days later still huge relief, only minimal numbness has returned to one side of mouth, planning to schedule another treatment. Very impressed and will recommend CST/SER to EVERYONE!
