Fidelity Properties

Predatory and unethical company. Fidelity Properties, Inc. placed a false collection account on my credit report and refuses to provide proper validation. They try to intimidate people into paying debts they do not owe. This type of abusive behavior is exactly why the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) exists. If you’ve been harassed by them, know your rights: you can file formal complaints with the Better Business Bureau (BBB), the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), and the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). No one should have to deal with this kind of fraudulent, bullying collection practice

They will lie to you over and over in an effort to collect whatever they can. I contacted them multiple times trying to figure out a situation with a doctors bill that should have been sent to my insurance. Each time I contacted Fidelity they gave me different information regarding putting my account on "hold" as to not affect my credit while my insurance processes the claim. At first they said they would, then later told me that they never said that at all. Next they said I could avoid having a credit impact by setting up a recurring monthly payment (ridiculous since my insurance is going to cover it all, and then I'll have to be later refunded for the payments). The person I spoke with said I would receive an email approximately 1 week before the payment posted so that I would have time

I had to give Fidelity a call to settle a past due account. I spoke with an extremely friendly gentleman and had my issues settled in less than 10 minutes. No one likes settling old debts, but Fidelity made it easy. Kind, courteous and setting an example of how it should be done. Thanks!

I don't even know how they did it, but they just appeared on my credit report! I am hoping it is just a mistake but God knows it is going to be HELL to get them OFF!!! Fidelity....you didn't even try to call me and see if I was really the person who owed the money....thanks!

Very helpful getting payments taken on the days that worked beat for me. Credit collection agencies tend to get a bad rep but they were very nice.
