I hope the owner can read this: When I go to your business you should be happy because I am creating a profit for you. When I enter to your business you should show or transmit the welcoming feeling by at least saying GOOD MORNING. I don't need your barbers to show me your face of "don't want to be at work" because we all have issues and strangle in life. You barbers have to have manners to address every customer who comes in to your shop, so be polite, because most of your clients like to be appreciated by giving some work every day. Thank you!!

I arrived a bit after 9 am Wednesday, and despite their posted hours, no one was there. I waited a while and a young man showed up and opened the shop. He was an apprentice barber, though, and said he couldn't cut hair until one of the licensed barbers showed up. He tried calling all the barbers, but none answered their phones. A few other customers showed up but no barbers. Finally, at 10:45, the apprentice said he was going to go get something to eat and that we were all welcome to come back later. This the second time this shop has not opened on time. I left and went to another more professional shop. I will not go back to Video's. showed
