When I go in I’m always excited because it’s something new. I go for my nails most often but do my hair as well. Recently I had a hair cut, I was nervous but she calmed me down I showed her a picture, and she did better then I could have ever dreamed of!! Melissa makes sure you are happy with the ending result and if you aren’t will fix it! She always has great conversation and is very caring!! She keeps everything nice and clean and makes sure you feel welcome! Pricing is reasonable for the amazing work she does too! I’ll go to her until forever! Thank you for everything Melissa!

Melissa does such a fantastic job, I Iive in Seattle now but I literally wait until I’m in Spokane to have her cut my hair. She is so talented and I always leave feeling like a million bucks! She’s also doing a great job with sanitizing and wearing a mask right now, which I really appreciate. I can’t recommend Melissa enough!

I am very particular about how my bangs are cut. Melissa cut them exactly like I asked and she did not try to talk me into doing something different. She supported my messy mom-bun lifestyle and even left me feeling empowered about coming to terms with the fact that my hair makes it’s own decisions and I am just along for the ride.
