I’m leaving feedback in regard's to my recent appointment. Prior to booking, I sent a photo of my hair and asked if it could be gripped. I was told yes and proceeded to book the $270 special. However, upon arrival, I was informed that I needed to pay an additional $40 due to my hair being short. While I understand the reason for the additional charge, this was not communicated beforehand. Had I been informed prior to arriving, I would have made a different decision. Unfortunately, since I had already arrived and paid a deposit for an early appointment, I agreed to the additional fee. Horrible experience ! I went in yesterday after talking to someone on the phone who said I could come in & get waist length braids for $250 .. The Dark skinned lady who was braiding my hair was EXTREMELY rude . Kept huffing & puffing when braiding my hair , didn’t braid nun of my braids down. & even said Not a good customer to her coworker & they laughed. Rather I didn’t have the money she “wanted” I still should have been respected as a customer . However the other 2 lady’s was very nice & treated me respectfully. Then the rude lady said um can you pay now in the middle of doing my hair after I seen them let the girl beside me with waist length braids pay when they were done. But I cashapp her the money & when she got the money she instantly STOPPED, got her things & left. Left the other

Received Small Knotless braids on my PIXIE CUT yesterday and I'm in love. I found this braider on Tiktok with hopes of being able to get summer braids on my short pixie cut. I reached out via phone, spoke with someone who asked me to send picture/videos showcasing the length of my hair. She responded quickly and let me know they'd have to do box braids on the back/bottom since it was so short back there. I agreed to proceed and they sent the booking link. Because of my schedule, I decided to just do a walk in. I arrived to the shop and one person was there.
