Let me start by saying that I rarely have extra money to treat myself. I haven’t had my nails done professionally in about a year, and when I finally did, I felt very taken advantage of. I paid $97 for a very basic French design, and the experience was extremely disappointing. I did not feel listened to at all. The technician chose the color of my acrylic base for me and told me, “I know what’s best.” After applying the acrylic, she started finishing with a clear coat even though I had already told her I wanted a design—I had to remind her of what I asked for. Several of my nails are visibly crooked. She also repeatedly told me to tell the manager that I liked them, which made me uncomfortable, especially since it seemed like the manager had already addressed concerns about the quality. Wh

Her attention to detail is spot on with shaping and designs and her personality is so enjoyable she makes you feel more like a friend than a customer! She is officially my favorite nail tech!
