Sanford and surrounding areas you are missing out!!! I wish I had a before picture because she worked amazingly on my hair! Not only were my results spectacular but they take their time, they care about their customers because they were very delicate washing my hair then I got to put my feet up while my hair was drying then they message your scalp!!!! I was in relaxation heaven and I’ve had the worst luck with any salon doing my hair I’d leave having to go home to fix myself and that’s a horrible feeling but Felicia’s is different they don’t take short cuts on anyone and I’m so glad I found my new go to spot. I almost cried when I saw how damaged my hair was and then I was so nervous about how was it going to come out but look at that shine!!!! I can’t say enough good things!!! I felt so g

Black women Beware: This salon puts relaxer in the shampoo and/or conditioner! This happened to my daughter! My daughter Never had a chemical in her hair, only goes to the salon 2x year for a blowout. The last time she was serviced, her hair smelled funny, after 2weeks her hair started breaking off bad and was extra dry.

This business lacks professionalism. I’ve called, texted, and even showed up in person to meet/schedule and get to know this service, and all (not one, nor two, but THREE) times, she was not there. She’s not there during her advertised hours. She doesn’t respond on a timely manner (next day or two). This is typical of small business hours who probably do good at what they do, but have no business/professional skills. Lost me as a potential customer.

Felicia is an amazing and knowledgeable stylist. This was my first visit and she welcomed me with open arms and took care of my hair as if I have been a long time client. She knew exactly what I needed to make my hair look and feel great, as well as healthy. This will be my go to place. Love it!!
