I came to this store today and the employees were very rude and not helpful. I asked the employee with the short curly hair to assist me with finding a wig. She stopped to talk with her coworkers for a second and then she started yelling, “Who needed a wig” very loudly from behind the counter. I walked her to the wig that I wanted and she went to the back which I assumed was to look for it. After waiting for 5 minutes, she stopped to make TikToks with another coworker. I waited for 20 minutes before I gave up and decided not to purchase anything anymore. My sister was checking out and both employees who were making videos decided to come back to the registers. New, clean & huge store with a large selection of hair care items and more. 2 stars because there wasn’t a greeter at the door, nor did anyone acknowledge I was in the store.. until I was looking at some items and I saw someone who I assume was the owner ‘spying’ on me from around a corner. I’m very keen on positive customer service, and I’m also a very respectful customer. So the experience of being spied on is new to me. The store is very nice. HOWEVER, no matter how shiny and new your store or products are, if you lack basic customer service skills, you will not go very far. I feel that some companies, more specifically this one, could learn from the QUALITY over QUANTITY mindset. DON'T SHOP HERE! I went to get a pack of 1B - 1,2,3 hair for a shortcut that rang up $23.99 but the other boxes were $18.99 but was #2. So, they are charging $5 extra to go from an off-black to broken which is utterly ridiculous! Usually if it's a color such as blond, red, purple, blue, etc., there's an upcharge. And not to mention the young ladies attitudes are herendous. They are not customer service friendly AT ALL!

I wont be back, horrible customer services with the young girls in there. They don’t greet you when approaching the register just look with a weird stare as if I’m supposed to know she ready to cash me out. Please hire young ladies with respect for elders and do want to work.

Great customer service. I bought the wrong product a few weeks back and was given store credit attached to a phone # for a later time to come back and use again in store. And today was that time. It was a very easy process. Thank you so much for making the transactions easy and simple to follow.
