The staff was friendly and really knew their products,they helped me find exactly what I needed for my sister without any pressure. The shelves were stocked with high quality brands, great skincare options, and all the beauty essentials you could think of.

Visit this store for immediate needs only. More than certain I was charged extra this evening for an item I didn’t shop for. Receipt list 8 paid items, only received 7. Will be visiting the store tomorrow to see what happened exactly. Per the reviews, this has happened before. Sucks.

Shawnee had excellent customer service, was very patient and sent me home looking feeling happy with my wig selection.

I went there spent $30 on three items. A heat Protector ,edge control and an edge brush. I come home and the edge control is completely dried up. And the cashier have an attitude because I asked where an item was. Over all terrible customer service

Unnecessary rude customer service. The young lady with the AKA wrist band stood 2 feet away from me acted as if she could not hear my simple question responded as if she was irritated.. her co worker standing right next to her could hear me and answered my question.
