I had such a great experience at this hair store! The selection was amazing, and the prices were really reasonable. What stood out the most, though, was how kind and helpful the employees were. They answered all my questions, gave honest recommendations, and made sure I found exactly what I needed. It’s so nice to shop somewhere where the staff genuinely cares. I’ll definitely be coming back!

This is the best beauty supply store closer to home but there are better stores at a further distance like in Paterson NJ. The only reason I don’t prefer this place as much is because they charge so much for hair products like $5-10 more the usual price compared to other stores. If they make the prices reasonable it’ll be better

While browsing the wig section, the young employee (bangs, dyed hair) asked if I needed help, and I politely said I was just looking but would let her know if I did. As I looked through, I gently touched the ends of a few wigs to check the quality—something any customer would do before spending money. None of the wigs were styled or displayed in a way that touching them lightly would cause any damage. Not long after, the same employee returned and, in a rude tone, told me, “There are two signs saying don’t play with the wigs.” I explained that I wasn’t “playing” with anything, just checking the quality before deciding what to buy. Her attitude was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. The irony is hard to ignore—the store is called Feel Beauty, yet you can’t even feel the wigs. What
