I purchased an item it was the wrong length I had surgery and couldn’t come in to exchange item. I had item unopened with receipt asking NOT FOR A RETURN IN MONEY but an exchange in goods and was told no. I will never shop here ever in life and suggest no one else shop here ever in life. I learned my lesson and definitely will never spend a dime at this location again. I wish there was negative stars to show my total distaste

Was told outside bags weren’t allowed after placing items in my reusable bag (no signage visible). The item was taken from my hands rather than the policy being explained politely. I would’ve happily used a cart if approached respectfully. Unfortunately the interaction felt accusatory and unprofessional. I will never come back here.

I bought a pack of hair here and asked the cashier if I could return it. I was told no returns, but I could exchange it as long as the hair was unopened. I needed a different color so I brought the hair back to be exchange and they said I couldn’t exchange it cause it was past the 7 days, a policy not mentioned at the time of purchase. On top of that I asked for help picking right color, no one assisted or offered recommendations. They just stared at me. Extremely poor customer service, I’ve been to other beauty supply stores that give recommendations and can answer basic questions about the products that they’re selling. Great store! It is always well-stocked and the prices are very reasonable. Most of the hair I got here were of good quality. The cheaper ones were not but that is expected. I did not deal so much directly with the staff asides making payments and they have been okay during those interactions. I recommend it as a good location to get hair if you are at the Valley Stream area! They have good discounts!

This business treats customers like criminals, having to show ID with any credit card purchase, and overcharges on hair bundles. I will not support a business that doesn’t trust their clientele and charges a higher price than the price tag says on the product.
