Worst place ever. Only one person working—a really young lady trying to handle everything, so the service was extremely slow and disorganized. On top of that, out of nowhere, this older guy started accusing us of stealing a wig with zero proof or reason. It was honestly disrespectful and uncomfortable. Instead of helping customers, he was making false accusations. Like sir, make it make sense. Definitely not coming back after being treated like that.

I went to this store and asked a cashier for help — she literally just stared at me like I wasn’t even speaking to her. When I was ready to check out, two cashiers stood there talking to each other as if I wasn’t standing right in front of them. The lack of attention and respect is unbelievable. I now understand why people get frustrated shopping here. If the employees don’t want to help customers, they shouldn’t be working in customer service. Very disappointed and won’t be coming back.

Very expensive, nice and have large Selection but I guess due to them being the biggest store with a wide selection. They are about five dollars higher than every other beauty supply store in NEWARK, which is unfair to the community.

Very neat and organized. No clutter aisles are well stocked and the store has a variety of product and supplies. Staff are helpful and professional

Make sure if you purchase anything from here you examine it and check it before leaving the store or before paying for it, young lady gave me the wrong wig and can't exchange it! I just saw their ratings from the BBB and ot says they have a low rating and a lot of complaints, will start looking before buying from certain places from now on especially in Newark.
