Im giving this beauty supple store a 1 star for three reasons. The first reason is they are overpriced and not knowledgeable of their products. I purchased a color temporary spray for my daughter who wanted to add some fun color to her medium blonde hair. The wife (one of the owners) told my daughter and I a specific brand would work with her hair color. I purchased it and returned the next day to return it, which then the male owner was there. As soon as I walked in and went straight to the counter the man had a irritated look on his face. I said Hi, I purchased this yesterday for my daughter and I would like to return it because it did not work on my daughters hair, it turned it black not purple. He looked at me up and down and said, “ok, its used why do you think you deserve a refund??”

I usually don’t write reviews but I just walked out of the store and I got the wrong hair dye I went back not even 10 minutes later and the guys accusing me of not changing it because they don’t do exchanges they should take that out of the receipt that says exchanges in within seven days because clearly everything they sell is not refundable Or exchangeable so they have to change the receipt another thing anyone can make the mistake i did & the spanish lady helped me but then she opens the dye and it was a bit squeezed but i told her if the dye is not open it can be exchanged i proved her wrong all i did was put it in my car drove 2 block drove back and they act like they just didn’t see me another thing i told her i got the wrong dye for my mom and she’s like your squeezed it and i’m l

Prices are very high compared to other stores. Helpful employees and good product selection though. Visit out of convenience if necessary, but be prepared to pay high prices. v

Me(14)and my mother(dnf but over her 30s) entered the store earlier today and one of the workers kept following me and my African American mother. She kept an eye on us at all times faking writing down the amount of products for an excuse to follow us through aisles, she even gotten right in front of me while I was viewing a product to prevent me from doing so. She was an older woman of Asian descent and it was a different neighborhood so I get it, but there are a lot of African American in the neighborhood so I do not agree with the treatment.
