Good selection, helpful people but the prices here are actually sky high. Target is known to add an extra dollar or two to product prices and is still cheaper than here! Something online or at another beauty supply can be $13 and here it would be around $16 - $18. They use to be cheaper but since the other beauty supply in the area closed the prices have been too much to regularly shop there. They're good if you need accessories or you're willing to spend the extra few bucks but I'd tell anyone if they can go somewhere else to just go somewhere else.

On January 25, 2025, I sent my son to a beauty supply store to make a purchase for me using my credit card. Unfortunately, he didn't have an ID with him, which led to an issue when he attempted the transaction. When he returned home to get my ID and tried again, the owner refused to allow him to complete the purchase, expressing concerns because my son is African-American. I believe we should support businesses that foster inclusivity, and this experience raised concerns about potential discrimination against our African-American community. When I spoke to the owner to understand the situation, he explained that my son couldn’t make the purchase because he wasn’t the cardholder. I was in there earlier afternoon with a friend and we were smelling the lipglosses. The old man at the cashier claimed that we applied the glosses on our lips but our lips had no product on them. Great selection but the threatening tone and impolite use of words threw me off. As someone who works in a customer interpersonal role, I work in the restaurant industry and I never felt the need to raise my tone at a customer unless I felt unsafe. It’s a little uneasy that someone can go about their day using a negative inflicting tone instead of a simple direct feedback on what was done “wrong”.

Very bad energy in this beauty supply store. The asian man or cashier behind the counter who I believe is also to be the manager, has a disgusting spirit within . He does not use manners and he speaks in a rude tone .He dismisses your “Good mornings or good afternoons” and ignore simple questions such as “How are you?”.Bold hold glue which is 23 dollars in every other beauty supply store is 42 dollars here . Everything im this store is greatly overpriced.

I have had several bad experiences here. I believe the owner or manager is rude and difficult over normal store transactions. Vibes are terrible and the manager speaks disrespectfully.
