feel Beauty Supply

If i could give this business 0 stars, i would. It says on the door and online that they close at 8 pm, i got there at 7:27 while everything was open and there was people inside shopping and the guy at the door was really rude and said i couldn’t go inside and that they were closed. mind you the store was full of customers. If you guys close earlier then 8, change the sign at the door and the times online. I left my house just to come over here just to have to deal with the workers unnecessary attitude and lies. the security even came outside to look at the door and said that they close at 8 but the worker next to him said he wasn’t allowing anyone inside.

Went in today around 4:30 PM and got a few things to do my daughter’s hair. The heavy set African American woman that works at the front cashier is extremely rude. She spoke to me with an attitude when asked where something was. She then proceeded to insult the kind African man that works there calling him names, cursing, and being disrespectful to him in front of the customers. Her entire demeanor was disgusting and she has no right to be talking to people the way she was. She needs to find another job she enjoys doing because she seems highly miserable working here.

I stopped to pick up something quick. I liked that the store was bright and the aisles were wide. I noticed that they had a nice selection of items. I would visit again.

The best feel beauty supply in the Bronx IMO. The have some of everything

Visited Feel Beauty Supply with my GF. She loved the selection of wigs (entire lower level is dedicated to wigs) and the staff were very helpful. Now its her go to spot on Fordham Rd for hair stuff. 5-stars
