They are not storing their relaxer/perm boxes properly. This is the second time I bought a box of relaxer that is defective or the product is leaked inside the box. They do not take refunds and if u ask them they will be rude to customers

Feel Beauty Supply – Grand Ave Feel Beauty Supply treats customers horribly — they overcharged my 80‑year‑old mother and refused to fix it. This place is a disgrace. I brought my 80‑year‑old mother here, and the cashier’s error caused a simple purchase into a nightmare. A mislabeled shampoo rang up at $128,000 — yes, $128k. When “fixing” it, the cashier charged her three times instead of two. My mother later discovered she was overcharged, and when I went back to get it corrected, the manager and staff flat‑out refused to help. They wouldn’t fix a $9.49 mistake, even after I explained clearly. The employees were dismissive, unprofessional, and showed zero care for an elderly customer. Been a loyal customer since this store opened. Lately ive been realizing the employees follow us around the store as if we're going to steal. Mostly african american customers. Tons of dollars i spend there and I will never be spending my money there again.

Very bright and clean and spacious, they have every kind of hair extension you could imagine. They have staff walking around to help and plenty of registers for fast in and out service. If your in the area I would recommend you pass by this store.

You guys should shop at Foxx Beauty, a black owned business that’s right across the street. I cannot understand how you can run a business like that. However since it’s a chain beauty supply store it gets swept under the rug. When is enough, enough?
