I found this salon in 2019. Tonya Pittman is my Hair Stylist. She is excellent with color, highlights, all kinds of cuts & styles, and the pricing is so very reasonable. She has 30-years experience. There is enough experience in this one little building, there is no way anyone can hurt your hair or cause any kind of harm to your hair. Many people ask me who does my hair. I always tell them: Tonya Pittman at “Faye Francis Hair Salon.” This salon has been in business for many, many years. I brought my 88 year old mother to Faye Francis Hairstylist, and unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. From the start, there was no consultation or effort made to ask about her preferences before the haircut or styling. When I inquired, the stylist explained that she did not have time to discuss my mother’s wishes because she had other customers waiting. This made us feel that my mother’s hair—and by extension, her as a client—was not valued. When I asked the stylist to adjust a section in the front that we were unhappy with, I was told it could not be fixed because hairspray had already been applied. Instead of offering solutions, the response felt dismissive. Ultimately, because we were dissatisfied, the stylist told us we did not need to pay, but also made it clear

I went to Nextdoor for recommendations for a local salon that would be a comfortable place for my 80+ year old Mom to get a perm and styled. She recently moved in with us from out of state. The Nextdoor community overwhelmingly suggested this salon. Faye Frances was the perfect place for my Mom. The staff was so friendly and accommodating from the phone to call schedule the appointment to the in-salon experience. My mom loved it there and will be a frequent customer.

I have been here twice and have been very happy with my haircuts. They are quick, friendly, and affordable! Haircuts (without shampoo and blow drying) are $20 as of July 2025.

I stopped into the Faye Francis salon this afternoon as a walk-in with my son, who needed a touch up hair cut to fix a bad hair cut he received from a different barber the day before. Faye was very empathetic, accommodating and helped my son feel and look much better. All the stylist were very kind and friendly and gave us a great deal. We will definitely be back!
