I am a fairly new client of fawn and fox salon and recently showed up for a much anticipated and slightly overdue appointment. To my absolute horror, their system glitched and they had no record of my appointment, with no availability for another appointment for three weeks. Internet fam, my hair is very long, Very thick, and very pink which **spoiler alert** is not my natural hair color so this wasn't a *want* this was a *need* to get my hair done as I was already overdue (I see you, roots). To say they went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of would be an understatement. Fawn and Fox is so great! Julie does my hair, and I absolutely adore her. She did an AMAZING rainbow dye for me. I feel valued as a customer there, and Julie is very passionate about her work and doesn't rush so that she can get it right. I really appreciate that. Andrea also does my friend’s hair - he has longer hair than me, and she helps him manage all those luscious locks!! Love love love this salon.

Sarah H. has cut my hair twice now and she is truly the best! So funny and personable, which I really appreciate since I tend to be awkward and never know what to talk about at appointments lol. She really knows what she’s doing and always makes me look great and feel so confident. If you are interested in supporting a junior stylist I’d 100% recommend Sarah!

Went in for a balayage and cut. VERY VERY disappointed with both color and cut. The stylist seemed very confident in their skills. One wash later I realized that all the highlights had harsh lines towards my roots, no blending whatsoever. Few weeks in and my hair already looked grown out. And the cut was NOTHING like what I had requested. I insisted on showing my inspo pictures to the stylist yet again, before they started the cut and they responded that they "clearly remember" the cut I requested. Long story short, VERY DISAPPOINTED. It's a LOT of money to pay for disappointing service. Will NOT be returning.
