Favorite Chair Salon

I asked for a full all over color and showed her my inspiration photos. My hair looks the same with highlights..I wanted copper color. When I came home people asked me “What I got done?” That’s how much of change it was. I told her I wanted a big change and to be able to see the difference. I am very disappointed.

I spent a total of 6 hours with Cynthia and close to $400. I expressed to her I was not happy with the balayage and there was a patch of dye missing in the back. I went back one time for her to fix the front of my hair which looked yellow. Each time I left my hair looked fine until I got home and was able to see all the parts she missed and uneven highlights. She did not fix, or even try to refer me to someone that can fix it. Very unsatisfied and will not be returning.

Cynthia A has been doing my hair for the last 8 years: I would follow her to Alaska if I had to. I’m super picky about who does my hair so from day one, I knew she understood how I was with my hair and she understood how I wanted it done from day one when she was at Ulta. She has been doing my hair since and she is the only one allowed to touch my hair. My oldest daughter gets her hair done too with Cynthia and just loves her personality as do I.

A very nice cute Salon! :) I had a wonderful first experience and my hair turned out exactly like wanted it! I got a partial highlight service and toner etc for a very reasonable price. My stylist Cynthia did a great job I will absolutely be going back! Highly recommend.

Well...I didn't think anyone could fix my hair from the last salon I went to (my hair was a mixture of blonde/orange and overprocessed) however Cynthia proved she can fix ANYTHING!!! I had Cynthia take the wheel and fix my highlights to turn them into bayalage. Cynthia was very friendly and knowledgeable on how to fix my hair nest. She also did phenomenal on my hair cut. I got my layers back and she framed my face. I'd highly encourage anyone who wants to have their hair from meh to runway to check Cynthia out. They have a very nice salon atmosphere as well which has beverages and granola bars. This made my experience very welcoming. I can't wait to go back!! Hair magicians
