First of all, the communication to get info is very frustrating. AGNES is NOT timely on responses. When I arrived at 5p the shop was empty for a Friday. So the three ladies were VERY NICE and I’m enjoying my experience UNTIL…a lady came in hollering at me upset saying that what I told her I wanted and what I was getting were too different things. So, I’m shocked and started asking who she was. She said the owner AGNES. I believe there is DEF a language barrier. However, like I told AGNES, I was there to spend money not take from here. I’m going to post the hairstyle I wanted, and what I got. I wanted my crochet styled like the pic I sent. No one told me to get a certain hair, so I got what I’ve been wearing for FIVE YEARS —GOGO CURL. I normally wear 2 1/2 - 3 packs MAX! One lady was putt

The stylists gave me outstanding customer service and paid close attention to detail in both the care of my hair and the appearance of every braid. Everyone was punctual, professional, and respectful during my visit. The shop was cozy and welcoming, which made me feel comfortable right away.The prices were reasonable, and quality braiding hair was included in the cost. There was also an impressive selection of hair colors to choose from. I highly recommend this shop and look forward to returning!

They took me on the spot after I called on a Thursday morning. I only had to wait 20ish minutes before service. My 16 feed in-cornrows came out super cute! They allowed me to ask certain requests. Hair was included. They followed my hair photo inspiration as close as possible. If any confusion was presented with the other braiders, Agnes cleared it up. Reasonably priced and took no more than 2.5-3 hours. They were easy to get along with and were silly. I will come back! Thank you guys.

When I tell y'all my hair is TEA 😭 I love it so much. Price is good and customer service is TOP TIER. I wanted boho knotless FULL and I got just that in 5 hours. I love them down hunnyyyy. Definitely coming back.
