HORRIBLE AND I MEAN THAT IN THE MOST DISRESPECTFUL WAY !!! ALL THE WAY AROUND THE BOARD ZERO RATING FOR BRAIDS CUSTOMER SERVICES ATMOSPHERE …. WHEN I AAY EVERYTHING THATS WHAT I MEAN! Not worth the “Knotless Special” they claim to have !!! You will be VERY DISAPPOINTED

They are all about the money I will not be going back I would rather go up hwy 85 then to keep giving them my money n charged 200 for a ponytail like bad business nasty attitude

I have been going for 3 years and always have a great experience. The owner is very nice and gives exactly what I ask for and they never braid tight. Had one issue when the Mom braided and I told her not to braid the edges and she said “LET ME DO THIS. I never let her braid my hair again.

My wife came here to get a quote for some braids, she got a $700 quote which was mind boggling to her and a customer who was sitting there. If she didn’t want to do the braids, just say so but don’t give people a ridiculous price. The place looks filthy anyways and she was rude overall. No thank you and I would not recommend this place for your braiding experience.
