I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. From the moment I walked in, I felt unwelcome and ignored by the staff. Instead of being treated with care and respect, I was rushed and spoken to in a rude manner. On top of that, I was overcharged for the service I received, which was nowhere near the quality that was promised. What made things even worse was that the staff were talking badly about me in their own language — and another client, who understood what they were saying, told me about it. The whole experience left me extremely uncomfortable, and I will not be coming back. I do not recommend this salon to anyone who expects professionalism, fairness, and kindness.

Fattusha was great! My daughter had an appointment to get her hair done elsewhere but there was no one there they completely forgot about her appointment so we contacted this place instead and told us to come right in I didn’t even have to make an appointment. They did a beautiful job on my daughters hair and the best part is it was over 100 dollars cheaper than the previous place we were going too. They were so nice as well and they stayed overtime in order to finish my daughters hair! Thank you Fattusha!

Don’t know if one of the workers don’t like African Americans or what but on two occasions there was a dark skinned lady with glasses who was RUDE AS HELL BOTH TIMES! I met the owner who seems pretty nice but the lady from her staff really needs to ch

They were gossiping about people who were getting their hair done and they didn’t let kids that had curly hair and told her to leave because her hair

They suck they talked most of the time during them doing your hair gossiping and their little language so you don't know what they're saying the woman who did my daughter's hair sucked she's supposed to retwisted it and the twist look like they was looking before she retwisted so she really didn't retwist Jack she actually made it worse they suck for the price I paid that's why I prayed that low price cuz I knew they weren't going to do it right and I was just testing with my aunt said stop going to them cuz they do suck and I just need to see for myself whoever says they great y'all lies
