I don't care what no one says, RAMA is the best braider in the shop. She's fast and neat as well as super nice. Her partner that helps her braid is also the best. She accommodates to whatever your situation is. The only this is no credit cards or debit cards. Either cash app zelle or cash. But other than that. They are clean, professional, and funny. I love them so much. Great job ladies!!!

I was really disappointed with my recent experience. I initially loved this shop because they open at 7 AM, which is very convenient. However, the customer service and overall energy during my visit were not welcoming. They did not have the hair I wanted in stock, so I offered to purchase it myself. The response I received was, “It’s only going to be $10 off,” which came across as dismissive. For some customers, the issue isn’t the money — it’s the level of service and respect. The prices are already high, and unfortunately, the customer service did not match the cost. Because of this experience, I will no longer be patronizing this shop.

Fatu used to be a good braid shop a few years ago. I paid 250 for boho braids they used human/ synthetic blend hair for the boho strands. Which I was told was 100% human . My hair isn’t in square box’s but just a bunch of chaotic braids. I’ve had my braid two weak the hair looks terrible. They tried to charge me 20 extra when I got it the chair saying I was supposed to bring my own hair. Which I was priced 250 over the phone. They asked me to pay early since the store was closing and the person that handles the machine was leaving. I wrap my hair every night and braid it. Still looks terrible within 2 weeks NEVER AGAIN!! They also HAVE ROACHES 🪳 so leave your bag in the car if you decide to waste your hard earned money here.

They did me 2 braids it ate down and as a teen i dont like everyone doing my hair but they did good didn’t how they do other styles but the 2 braids ate

My edges have never looked so thin as when I got my hair done at this establishment. The ladies can be a bit unclean…eating food and then going back touching heads of clients without washing hands. Yuk! Stylist also wasted a large container of water at my chair. Instead of getting a mop and drying to avoid slips, just worked around and never cleaned up during the entire time I was there. Also these African women argued very loudly in their native tongue and it was quite frightening. However they were very nice to the customers. The style looked good but the tightness caused thinning of hair.
