Overall, my experience was good. The girl that was helping was super sweet. I think her name was Ny. Fatou did my hair. I got there around 10 AM and she begin around 12 - 12:30. She braids really fast I will say that. I do believe they take too many clients at once. Some people have two people working on one person, while someone else is still waiting. Everyone hair was super cute though that I saw get done. Everyone was nice and friendly. I would recommend this place, but I recommend setting an appointment or going early. They get very busy very fast. Be patient because they are human and they deserve breaks to eat, drink, etc.

Some of the worst braids I’ve ever received. Honestly, they parted my hair with a duck clip, which was pulling my hair the entire time I asked for large knotless braids. All of my braids were uneven in different sizes. They were in their yelling the entire time I paid $220 for A service that wasn’t nowhere near worth that amount. None of my parts were straight they used boiling water on multiple clients and if they don’t tuck your hair, they just cut it.

I took my daughter to Fatou braiding on August 5th. Initially I asked for knotless. The young lady started braiding my daughter hair. The braids looked horrible! So I ask the owner could she do it, she said tomorrow. As I walking out the door she said another lady could braid it. The lady braided her hair but within in two weeks time my daughter braids was falling out with her hair and her hair looks like she has had it in for two months. I contacted the owner, she said she will have the lady braid the front over but she only braided three rows over. I would not recommend this place!!!

Hey ladies, please please go to Fatou's braiding establishment and you will leave very satisfied...I LOVE my twists!!! I received the BEST OF customer service ever!!! I love these beautiful Queens!!! I can't wait to come back again🥰🥰🥰
