I have been coming to this location more than 5 years for myself and my teenage daughter. Fatou is always understanding of the times I need to set for my appointments and always works around my work schedule. Just a few weeks ago I was able to get squeezed in to have my daughter’s hair done before she returned to school from break. The best part is that she has her own oil, edge control, shampoo and conditioner. My favorite is the oil which helped my hair grow so much in just a few months! The edge control is one of the best I have used, it doesn’t flake and always makes your hair smell good and grow your edges like no other. Let me tell you how I first meet Fatou. I had found someone else online. Paid a deposit drove to the location. Baby, when I tell you. I got scammed because I was desperate. I went online again to find a salon with a same day appointment. Fatou had great reviews! So, I called. She answered right away. I asked if she had an opening it was an emergency. She said yes, I was so happy! I have not looked back. I’ve loved every hair style I’ve gotten. All her staff our friendly and welcoming! I do nothing but laugh and enjoy getting my hair done! It’s been about 3 years and I will not be going anywhere else!!!

This was by far one of the worst salon experiences I’ve ever had. What was supposed to be a 6–7 hour appointment turned into an exhausting 11-hour ordeal. Upon arrival, the braider suddenly increased the price from $550 to $950—after we had already agreed but we settled on $750. Despite paying the agreed amount, the results were horrible. The braids were uneven, the parts were not straight, and frizzy hair was sticking out everywhere. I was so disappointed with the quality that I took them down the very next day. The salon itself was dirty and unsanitary. To make matters worse, the braider had her two children there and spent most of the appointment yelling at them, making the environment extremely uncomfortable. I reached out to express my dissatisfaction and was sent only a $50 refund,

Fatou is an incredible stylist! She managed to fit me in for a sew-in wig install at the last minute, and her expertise and professionalism are simply outstanding. Surround yourself with a beautiful atmosphere and feel like royalty. Her friendly and efficient approach made the whole experience an absolute pleasure. Her prices are very reasonable, and she offers a wide range of hair products to suit every customer's needs and style preferences. I'm so thrilled with the service she provided, and I'm proud to say that I've found my forever stylist in her.

The salon is very neat. The staff are very friendly. Fatou the braider is very patient and a fast Braider. She also have a soft hands while braiding. She has a very good edge control and a hair growth product.
