Fatou Hair Braiding

Do NOT let these people play in your hair/face. I went to Fatou before for regular knotless braids, and they were nice. I decided to double back for some boho knotless braids for my cruise, and within two days, strands of the boho hair were falling out. Also, the hair is sticking outside of the braid smh. I went back to get them fixed, only to realize the woman (not Fatou, the owner) who had done them didn't know how to install them properly. I do braids myself and would never play in someone's hair like this. The way the hair is shedding also proves the boho was not braided in correctly. Just look at the photos.

Her work is amazing! From the moment I walked in, I felt so welcomed. The boss herself and all the employees were super friendly and made me feel comfortable the entire time. The space is clean and relaxing, and I loved how my hair turned out. I’ve gotten so many compliments already thank you so much for the great experience!

I’ve been coming here for a while now and have always loved their work and hospitality. Today I went to get boho braids bod length for my birthday tomorrow. Like 5/6 days before the appointment I called and asked if I could come in and how much would that style be. I was told $140. Now personally I’m going through a lot of changes and struggles and I worked DoorDash to make that $140 plus a couple extra dollars for my birthday and other responsibilities. So when they were midway done my hair they asked if I could pay which I was fine with. But the problem came when now they told me it was $200. I explained and showed when I called and what I was told. I’m 70% sure I spoke to the woman that’s in charge when I made my appointment and was told the price. They told me no one ever told me that
