Fatou Hair Braiding

Came 2 days straight because my appointment time was filled by not one but 4 people on a Friday, I was promised a discount if I came the next day, so i left my number and was called to verify my appointment for the next day. When i got there i asked the price and it was the same price as regular but only for short hair, i eventually had to pay full price for longer twist. When i vheckrd my hair mid finish my back twist were short and the front was longer, thos is ehy i hate having two people do one job, i asked why it was so short in the back and the owner responded that it was with an attitude, i was 5 hrs in and ready to go so i asked them to go ahead and finish so i could pay and go. I spoke to them, asked if i could come on a Tuesday, and they told me they were closed but they came in and did my hair anyway today! Super fast , very comfortable, nice environment, very friendly. I will definitely be going back to get my hair done there again!! Thank you ❤️

So the shop that I usually go to have been busy the past two days so I stepped out on faith and went to this shop. They were closing in 30 mins and I just knew that they wasn’t gone do me no micro twist BUT the proved me wrong . Omgggggg!!!!! The 3 ladies that did my hair tonight was awesome . From the time I walked in till the time I left, they made me feel comfortable. Let’s just say that I might have a new braid shop 😊

The words braiding place I’ve ever been to! I was very sweet and nice to these people. Some of my braids came out and when they fell out I noticed my hair was cut. I came up here today to tell the lady and show her and her sister cursed me out and said I’ll never get my money back and was screaming at me. I’m very pissed because I was calm and never disrespected anyone. They try to act like they dk what cut hair looks like and she wasn’t even there when her sister cut my hair. So how can you say she didn’t! I will let my lawyer mom handle this. Worse place I’ve ever been to in my life. Plse do not go here they are money hungry and distasteful.
