Went in there jan to get braids they are rude went to get braids out needles to say due to all the tension placed on my hair back in January I want up having to cut all my hair off due to the knots that were left in my hair I will never ever go back. The one lady was very nice but the other people is rude don't speak just have a seat and that's it and start working on your head other than being easy on your scalp when your hair they pull your hair you got two people working on your head at the same time and run is pulling and making one part tighter than what it should be so ladies beware young people snatch your hair out purposely

I paid 200 for my braids just for the front to be longer and fatter than the back! The braids are ugly I’m so upset and I was a loyal customer but, they DEFINITELY lost out on me and my money! They rushed and I practically was the only person in the shop for 2hrs straight before anybody came in. I don’t even want to take pictures because, I hate it! My braids are burnt because they BURNT my weave who does that? So definitely don’t go to them! They only do good when they want to I have to have this in my head for 2 months and it’s horrible

I called and I requested for Fatima to braid my hair ONLY... She had someone else to braid my hair. I had already waited over an hour for her ONLY... I'm still in the mirror trying to fix my hair. Braids are VERY EXPENSIVE. I felt some kind of way when I was repeatedly asked how am I doing... I repeatedly said I'm good...I didn't understand that. Fatima is very good with braiding hair and she is REALLY NICE. I drove very far for her service and I didn't get it!.

First tip don't ever pay upfront wait until they are finished.If I can give a negative star I would experience was so bad I was literally crying inside the shop. Its kool if you want your hair ten different sizes and lengths. They are out to take your money and do what they want to your hair. Not what you think that you are paying for.Also also if you think that you can make suggestions what you don't like while they are doing it then think again they will still do what they want . The only reason why I finished my hair is because they refused any other solution and the owner walked out on me with my money. The worst experience that I have ever had. they charged me 200 dollars for the worst hair ever. A life long lesson for me.
