I went in with a rather simple request, 2 braids. Nothing more, nothing less. The braids came out atrocious. Rushed. Horrible customer service. I went back the next day to get them fixed and because the lady wasn’t there, nobody could fix them. She blobbed gel onto my hair and it just did not suffice. I’m not the type to complain or speak up, but honestly it was just so bad. I wish I could get a full refund lol. I didn’t even keep them in for 24 hours.

I've been here numerous times and everytime they're polite and quick- I'm usually out in under 4 hours which is pretty quick for knotless braids. They really care about the quality of service and making sure you get the style you want.

I'm so excited to do this review, because my daughter wanted her some small individual braids, and she was very nervous with this being her first time here. She got there everyone was super nice, professional, and didn't waste time getting started on her braids. The young ladies that did her braids we're named Mona, Wilma, and Fama together it only took them 4 1/2 hour's the price was responsible $270 for the len6my daughter got. If you are looking to get your braids done, PLEASE STOP BY... 😆

I got a French curl bob and table beautiful! I had Ms.Mona herself and she did an amazing job! Very quick for a while that can take 10 Hrs lowkey! Book here please! It’s worth it!
