I arrived at 9:45am had to wait an hour for another lady to get here to do my hair only for her to stop at 1:30pm and me have to wait for someone else to arrive to finish my hair. Mind you there is no one else in the shop right now it’s just been me since they opened

This would have been my 2nd time going which after the last time i got micros and the girl started my hair told me she'll be right back in 15mins and it turned into 2hrs. I made an appointment last week told them the style. This shop opens at 9am. My appointment was for 9:30a. I sat and waited for an hour to be told i need to order my hair online and that they dont do the hair style im asking for. NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I EVER COME BACK!

I had an appointment set since a week ago for knotless braids and for one Fatima's not here and I've been coming here for years let's not forget that. For me to get here on time and they we're late opening up. It was 2 Young ladies here before me . I was the 3rd person to be done for her daughter to tell me that the other lady is doing my hair and I said no my appointment is with you or your mother that only does my hair for her to tell me that there is someone else in front of me and I've already been waiting for since 10:30am and now it's 2pm this is very unprofessional and I wouldn't recommend anyone to come here.

Very welcoming good vibes reasonable price love my hair do I would take pictures but I'm laying down with hair scarf on but I wouldn't say I love it if I didn't 💯😊
