Fatima's African Hair Braiding

I got my hair done on July 26th for vacation thst I was taking on the 10th of August. Before the end of the first week 5 braids had came out...I went back August 4th and she put them back in. Than on the 8th of August 3 more braids came out but this time I didn't have time ti go back and while I was on vacation August 12th, 4 more braids came out. I thought I was going to the right place to get my microbraids done but I was wrong. I normally do my own braids because I have been doing hair for over 30 yrs but I wanted to treat myself and I feel like I wasted my money. DEDE told me that they would last about 3 months but I am on week 3 and they need to be taken down because so many have come out. Never will I ever go back to get my hair done at Fatima. I feel better taking the time to do it

Madam Fatima is the BEST! I walked in off the street and was in her chair within 20mins. I left the shop with neat, sharp, crisp, & tight cornrows going straight back. The price was unbeatable. Very affordable. She’s such a lovely person. I was treated with dignity, respect, and kindness. And we had a pleasant conversation. 5 Stars! 10 out of 10!

I called the shop before coming and asked if they had someone available to do stitch braids. I was told yes, her chair was empty at the moment and I could come on. I got there, showed her the style I wanted, she attempted to do the first braid THREE times and kept taking it down. She then asked another lady to do my hair because she couldn't get my braids how I wanted them. I switched chairs and the other lady advised she couldn't do stitch braids but she could do regular feed ins. I was ok with that because the 4th of July was the next day and I needed something done to my hair. The second lady did one braid and told me to go look at it the mirror (the one braid is pictured below). I looked at it and told her no, I didn't like it (she tried to stitch it after telling me she couldn't and m

I don't have one bad thing to say about this place. These ladies are professional and braid really fast. The only drawback is you cannot set an appointment. It's walk in only. Thank you.

Worst quality braids i ever got i dam near want my money back and no wonder i was the only customer . How terrible. Price too high to be letting anyone braid hair . This bs won’t even last a week I’m so tempted to go back up there and let them know what it is but they know they played me . U live and u learn just don’t do it twice .
