I’m sharing the details of my mom’s experience at Fatima’s. Her first experience was good. The lady that’s in the station to the right, second seat was good. The First Lady to the left as you enter, I believe she is new…. Need a lot more training. She needs to spend less time talking and more on practicing her skills.

Very professional services and extremely great work. Being that I was last minute with booking an appointment, I thought I would not be able to get my hair done on the same day, but Hassan was willing to do my hair the same day and in little time. Her work is amazing and I would definitely be back for future services.

My first time making the appointment they said they would be open on a Sunday, got there and the door was locked and they were not answering the phone. For lack of better judgement I decided to give them another chance. Made an appointment for a Monday no one was there at our scheduled time. I had to call them multiple times and they tried to act like I didn't have an appointment. They finally get there an hour late and I didn't like my hair was suppose to be knotless braids but ridiculous. I needed them for a trip next week so my choices was limited at this point. I figured I would just put it up in a bun. I will never return. So unprofessional. And kids were in the shop. If you're at work have your kids out of your work area. Will NEVER RETURN.
