Fatima African Hair Braiding

Fatima was fast and very polite. I got there at 10 i was in the chair by 1030 and the entire back of my head had been braided by 11:49am. They have a great system going among them. Side note: I made the mistake of not asking which forms of payment they take as I havent been to a braiding shop in a while. If you do not have Zelle make sure to bring cash 🙂 Thank you ladies. Fatima did my singalese twist a few days ago and while my twist are ok. The appointment did not go well. After about 4 hours into braiding she told me I didn't have enough hair. We both left at the same time. I went to the beauty supply across the street, it took me about 15 minutes. When I returned I waited about another 20-30 minutes. When she finally did return she i sat in her uncomfortable chair and she rudely said she took her 30 minute lunch break. Lunch breaks are fine, but a professional would tell a paying customer they are taking their lunch break, not just leave. As she proceeded to do the twist, I noticed.she was leaving at least 1/2 inch of my hair out of the twist and then she would cut it. I told her I didn't want my hair cut, she apologized and started including all of my

Horrible experience! Got feed in braids July 23rd and had to remove them with an hour due to them being too tight! Upon removing them, I noticed a patch of hair from my hairline was completely gone. I attempted 3 times to contact Fatima and provided the attached picture. She has not responded one time. Her work on this style was extremely rushed and a ton of gel was put in my hair which made it look even worse. I will never return or refer anyone to this woman. Her professionalism in addressing this issue has been non existent which speaks volumes about her integrity. Negative stars for Fatima.

I’ve been going here for about 4yrs now and Fatima does really neat work. I actually would prefer only her in my head lol it’s the others that seem to always have an attitude 🤦‍♀️I would definitely suggest that they respect the customer’s time by finishing their head first, instead of starting and stopping on other people. Other than that, I always love my hair.
