I called in and asked for TWO cornrows. I came in and asked if they could use the regular gel. The lady used the braiding gel and had to halfway wash it out. When it was confirmed what gel to use, she didn't use it while she braided my hair which ended up looking a puffy mess. I was just so discussed at the results of just TWO cornrows! Just TWO cornrows and you couldn't even get that right! But luckily, I'm a stylist of 35 years and was able to go home with that mess and fix it. Integrity is over here at the house. You guys forget some of us just want to be pampered, not butchered. I paid $40 for a do that looked like a 10 year old did it.

The braiders were efficient. My hair looks good it's been three weeks and it still looks like it was done yesterday. They had two people braiding in intervals . I would definitely recommend them! They are honest too because I gave over what my hair cost but I was tipping and I had gotten to my car they were bringing me the difference said I overpaid I said no it's your tip. Go support them!!!

Rude when I paid and asked for payment type..Fatima told me Zelle I asked for the information when I went to send payment which was half of $100 I put in $50 she replied your hair was $100 I informed her as well that I also had cash which she didn't give me a chance to let her no.. for $100 braids straight back you would think they are supposed to be even and not so lose on the ends after she called herself dipping in hot water. Honestly you get what you pay for I should have followed my first mind and went 20 mins away and spent $140 for what I got with her even tho it wasn't the original style I wanted..was there at 8:45am and they Open at 9am her assistant let me in and it was still 10:30am before she showed up only to tell me my hair couldn't get the braids I wanted..that was a red fla

I have been coming here for years and I have never had a bad experience. I typically get Jumbo knotless braids because the service is relatively fast. (I don't like sitting in the braiding chair all day) I have also brought in pictures of other styles that they were able to recreate with no problem. I am always greeted when I walk in and thanked when I walk out. These ladies are awesome braiders and you should give them a try.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE‼️ They stole my money and refused to refund me after braiding my hair and my braids falling out within 24-48 hours. Owner then LIED to me and told me it was because my hair was “too soft” and tried to charge me $190 to fix it
