The first time I got my hair done by Fatdijah, I absolutely loved it and felt like I had finally found my go-to braider in Atlanta. The second time I scheduled with her, I showed up to the salon and she wasn’t there. She didn’t answer my texts or calls, and I didn’t hear from her until hours later when she explained she had a personal situation. I was completely understanding and continued to support her because I genuinely loved her work. The third time I booked, she cancelled due to an issue with her child. Again, I empathized especially since it involved her child. I also let her know I was going on vacation, so she referred me to a friend who could braid my hair, and she promised that because of the two previous inconveniences, she would do my next knotless braids for free. First of all, the fake 5 star reviews should have been a red flag. But let's get to the experience: Children running around everywhere and were not disciplined, all in the clients' personal space. The place is also not clean. The combs are not sterilized in barbicide, they were just in the clear jars. It wasn't clean when I arrived at 8:00am and after children running around with snacks, it was absolutely filthy by the end of my service. I was miserable getting my hair done when it is supposed to be a relaxing experience. 9 hrs of noise! And I was quoted $190 on the phone but it changed to $200. Shop was a little dirty idk if it was the owner that did my daughters hair but she was nice it’s okay to run late but if someone’s appointment starts at a certain time I would expect you to be somewhat on time or give a discount for waiting so long scheduled at 930 didn’t start until 11!!! Complained about my daughter the whole time then kept saying she didn’t do kids hair if you didn’t do kids hair you should’ve told me no when I called the day before ! My daughters hair looked good BUT not like the picture $140 was a little over priced for what she got as well ! Thought I found a gem but honestly I won’t be back I understand Braiding takes time but yeah she did the hair the way she wanted to and I agreed to whatever because at that point after waiting so long idc as long as something wa

I really enjoyed my time in her shop. They listened to what I wanted and the service was really quick. Sandra is the best. I got box braids small with wavy hair mixed in. I love them. I will be back.

I did my hair yesterday and she does a wonderful job. They take time to make it smaller and pretty, they don’t rushing by taking big big hair just to have money like some others salon do. Great job girls
