They are the best in the business, hands down. Nowhere else will you get the level of knowledge and personal care that their team provides. They have been a family owned business for 30+ years, and they can literally produce any product that you need with precision.

Very poor service. After much frustration, abandoned purchase. Unfortunately all contact went through the same person who is very awkward to deal with and struggled with computers/technology. The sales dept required Faxes, couldn't handle PDF orders, never responded to email orders and never supplied an invoice. In the end I had to give up. "suggestions" sent to management ended up going to the same person's email address.. needles to say I received a very childish response. They say they have west coast offices on their website but I found no evidence of that.

I worked with Sue here. She got me the bolt I needed at a good price. My customer was happy and so was I.

Good people, good company, positive and progressive.

Such a waste of time dealing with them.
