Fast Fingers Braids

I paid $300 dollars for small box braids and she only braided some of the back small and the front medium. I will not be returning it was a waste of my money

Joyce has been doing my braids for years. Very professional very fast!!

I had a positive experience the first two appts but the next two times went downhill. I was basically pushed to the side so Joyce could complete other customers' hair, and because of that I haven't been back. The people I was pushed aside for were both non-black. I'm big on treating people right especially the good ones. You lost a good one, Joyce. Other improvements for this business would be: not taking pictures of your customers without their permission and making customers wait a long time post their scheduled appointments with you.

What a great experience‼️ This was our first time here. Ms. Joyce, the amazing owner, was warm and friendly from the minute we got there. She endured the many questions I had and the endless showing of pictures I continued to show her, with patience and kindness! She explained her pricing to me before I even paid, which I appreciated! My teenager was very pleased and told Ms. Joyce as she was leaving she “loved it”! This was all we needed to hear! Not to mention, daddy was also very pleased! We will definitely be back in two weeks, before school starts and get her ready for the new year! The shop is beautiful! In existence for only a year, it definitely looks well kept and worth the stop by!

I’ll give 2 stars for the labor. But the twists were very inconsistent and today makes it a week since the twists have been up and they had already unraveled. Initially my appointment were for goddess locs and when I showed up she informed me that she didn’t provide the hair… I tried to get a partial refund cause I know and understood she worked a couple hours on my head, & I was told she didn’t do refunds and that there was a sign on the door that I magically somehow overlooked. However, she did “fix,” them but they’re different sizes and mis proportionate, $220 down the drain, now I see why they say don’t cheat on your hair lady… overall non satisfied not all of them are straight they’re crooked going down & the front won’t lay flat.
