Very Disappointed, Won’t Return I’ve been to Fashion Nails Day Spa twice now, and after today, I will never come back. My first visit, about 2–3 weeks ago, was great. A younger woman (around her 20s or 30s) who wears glasses did my manicure and pedicure. My nails were very short, but she still shaped them beautifully into a clean almond shape. She was gentle, professional, and made everything look perfect. Today I had a completely different experience. This time, I was with a different woman older. I asked for the same thing: a French manicure (pink and white) with a soft almond shape. My nails had grown out since the last time, so I thought it would be even easier to shape them well. But instead, she ruined them. I told her clearly: • “I want a nice almond shape.” • “These nails look

Worst experience. Nail technician clearly didn't know how to do nails. My nails were all different shapes and sizes. Never been more unhappy with a Nail service. On top of cutting my finger and not caring at all. The overall experience was horrible. Never going back.

This is my 4th time at fashion nails. I left feeling extremely disappointed. Not only are they very expensive, it was rushed, very sloppy, and my dip manicure already needs to be redone after only 4 days! Will not be returning.

Since I have been getting my nails done, I have always come here because they are right by my house and always super polite and friendly. Today after I got off work, I went in kinda not knowing what color to get and was just going to get white but seen my nail techs toenail color and loved the chrome she had on her nails. Anna explained that chrome would be an extra charge but I still went for it anyway! She probably gave me the best set and pedicure I have had since going there. She took her time and made sure I liked everything during the process. I like all the girls at this location but Anna went above & beyond today & I couldn’t be more pleased with my nails 💅😍

I’ve been going to this place for a long time but recently the service has gone downhill. I got a gel manicure Sunday (4 days) my nails are already chipping and peeling. They also missed sides of my nails and overall did a very sloppy job. These nails literally look like they’ve been on for a few weeks not four days.
