Fashion Nails

I came here two weeks ago and had a wonderful experience. That is the first picture. I came here again today to get my simple fill and it was terrible as you can see how the second picture resembles that. After waiting 30 minutes which I was totally okay with the one guy usually in a baseball cap took me. He started removing the old polish and one nail needed to be replaced. He then started taking all the nails off laughing in my face saying that they were bad. I explained to him I got them done here for the first time 2 weeks ago and pointed over to the other man who had taken me 2 weeks ago. He said nothing and pulled all the nails off. I said I’m going to just leave because I refuse to pay for a whole new set when there was nothing wrong with these ones, minus the one that needed rep

Went 4 days ago and had a great experience. Unfortunately they didn’t wipe or wash my nails before polish so the polish is insanely bump and has stuff in it. 2 nails popped up within the 4 days.

They made sure I was comfortable the whole time, didn't push to make me have a conversation with them. They were very friendly, and got things done quickly, and the price was affordable. I will come back in the future. Love my nails!!

I really would like to give a 5-star review, however, the “customer service” as I guess he would call it, was not to my liking. This was my first time getting my nails done “professionally” in many years, so I decided to treat myself. I just went for a gel manicure. It turned out great, and I was satisfied with the color (some ladies I was waiting with helped me pick it out before hand). However, the nail tech had no interpersonal skills at all. She even had an AirPod in one ear, the whole time, presumably, listening to music. I thought it was part of the nail tech’s job to have conversation with their clients (?) My daughter and I spent so much money tonight to get our nails done here and wish we hadn't. This place use to be so amazing at nails and now we want to go get these soaked off and a new set somewhere else. We had an appointment which they had us down for a different night. Which was fine they took us. However we waited an hour to get seated. The tech was glopping the acrylic all over my nails and my hand. He just kept saying it was too hot. Then my nails were off center and I had to ask my nail tech 4 times to fix it. I wanted to leave so badly but I was trying to trust the process. My nail is now still off center and is super thick.
