This has probably been the worst experience I have had in a nail salon. I called, wanting a soak off and a gel manicure or acrylic overlay. They stated they could do that. I didn’t know that their definition of a soak off was just to continue filing the acrylic with a drill and not actually letting them soak off. She then continued to clip off the Tips, which clearly was also my real nails that I had took a while to grow. When I asked her, she stated she did cut it because they were thin. Well, if she would have soaked them off instead of trying to rush through it and just drill, everything off my real nails wouldn’t have been ruined. Then she took turns with a man who kept insisting I would get them dipped. I stated just to take them off because she had cut them. I never raised my voice,

We’ve given this place two chances, and both times were disappointing. The final straw was when one of the staff rolled his eyes at us for simply asking not to be placed with the technician in the back. On top of that, they repeatedly tried to separate us even after we asked to sit together—cue yet another eye roll. 🙄 The technician rushed through the service, clearly more focused on getting us out of the chair than doing a good job. He wasn’t friendly at all and even laughed when we asked for shorter nails. All we want is basic respect, kindness, and for someone to actually listen—especially when we’re paying good money to be here. Nails were super short, crooked and they also hurt my mom. They forgot to add shine polish in a couple of her nails. Didn’t bother to ask her to wash her hands to get rid of dust. The lady was nice but no one was willing to refund us so we could go somewhere else to fix them. Even though they knew it was 100% on them. They would only offer to take them off but we couldn’t trust them anymore. Since they hurt her before. I wouldn’t recommend this place. You won’t feel like you are treating yourself to a spa day. 😕

I will not be returning! I was a frequent customer but the service has really declined. I went in for an almond shape acrylic fill and was placed with a nail tech I've never seen. The shape was not done correctly and the polish was lumpy. Unfortunately I did not have time to get them fixed right after; but when I spoke to the owner I was told to go back the next day. I went back the next day and they refused to fix my nails without me paying for a new set. They said the best they could do was give me a discount. I just wanted my nails fixed so I agreed to pay (total was still over $60).

The Lady who did my husbands Manicure cut way too much off of his skin when she was doing his cuticles. We paid 45 dollars, which they refunded a few days later when we went back. That didnt even cover the cost of two doctor visits, prescriptions to get rid of an infection (maybe the tools weren't clean) , And time he had to take off work. its been three weeks and it doesnt want to heal. DO NOT GO HERE THEY ARE CARELESS Update: my husbands' toe was not healing, we had to go back to the doctor and now he needs his entire toe nail removed.
