Fashion Nail Spa

I usually don’t leave reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. Unfortunately, my interactions with Jenny at Fashion Nails have consistently been unpleasant. There have been multiple occasions where, when I call to make an appointment, I’m told there are no openings. However, when a family member calls shortly after, suddenly appointments are available and they’re told someone will “get back to them.” This has made me feel singled out and treated very differently from other customers. Additionally, after confirming an appointment, Jenny has called me to try to switch or change the time, which adds to the overall awkwardness and lack of professionalism. I really wanted to like this place, but the service was honestly not good. They barely cleaned my cuticles, and the paint job was messy and uneven. Even though they offer nice add-ons, everything starts adding up and gets way too expensive for what you actually get. I left feeling like I didn’t even get a real manicure or pedicure. Definitely not worth the price, and I will not be going back.

When I first moved to North Rockland, it took awhile to find my nail spot. Once I came to Fashion Nail Spa Stony Point, I don’t go anywhere else. It’s a large salon, so I never have to wait if I come as a walk-in. It’s very clean and they recently even did more updates for renovation. What they have that no other salon offers is chair massage! The staff is always accommodating to me. I recently received Chrome manicure and I love it! I recommend this local nail salon.

Just went here for the first time and I think this will be my new nail spot! I've been to four different salons since January and this place is the cleanest, and nicest place I've been to. I had to get my acrylics soaked off, and I got a gel powder manicure. They took such good care of my nails, I didn't feel rushed or anything! Even the gentleman at the register while checking out was so kind. They were so mindful about being clean I have to bring this up again because I've never seen a salon that did the things they did here. I would 100% recommend, and I will definitely be coming back!

Clean, nice salon and they take walk ins. I went for a gel manicure and I had chips and my nails cracked not even a full week later. I decided to go back and try dip nail. The lady cut my nails horribly and ripped my skin apart while cleaning the nails. She offered to put clear coat on my nails while my index and ring finger were still bleeding. I don't plan to be back here again.
