i'm so use to doing my own hair that i stepped out my comfort zone to let someone else do it, and i'm glad i did went in for a trim and silk press, not only did i like it a lot of people complimented on how my hair came out, so that was a plus! Good job, i'll be returning for a touchup and maybe some color in a few weeks! Good job Fashion Ave. Salon. This is not an old post people i was just there 12/20/25. Thank you BTW... I wanted to support and love this black owned salon but I ended up very disappointed. I made an appointment in person for my grandmother and explained what services were wanted. One of the services was not done because the salon forgot to book it… The hair was a complete mess despite being shown a reference picture during the appointment. I believe the stylist and salon owner 100% knew the hair looked terrible and that is why a discounted price was offered. If the stylist was not skilled enough for the style, that should’ve been disclosed.

One of the best salons ever !!!! Guys if you’re not going to this Salon what are you doing ? Best salon in NJ hands down ! She squeezed me in. Do not listen to the reviews !! I had a great experience. Very clean !! Demure , classy, elegant and glamorous shop. So cute for taking content. It’s a little bit of a wait but it’s not bad at all. They slay in hair and can do hair welll ! My new go to ❤️
