FASHIO Nails & Spa Baytown

Every time I go they keep over charging me. Tony does a great job on my pedicure and I love the massage. But, they keep acting like they don’t understand what I am saying. I asked for a $65 pedicure and $25 color change (cat eye color $10 extra). The total should be $100 so why was I charged $120. The last time I was charged $100 and I still tipped him $10 so I paid $110. This time he said it’s $10 more for cat eye….so I didn’t tip because they add their own tip. I asked to pay before the service so there was no confusion but they refused to do that. I will not be back due to the overcharging.

Lisa did a FANTASTIC job with my nails. I was going for a “cat claws” look and she definitely nailed it lol ;) she’s very talented!!! 💗💗

Absolutely love this nail salon! They take such great care of me and my daughter every time. Our nails and toes always come out perfect, and the staff is so kind and patient. Highly recommend!
