I booked online with Debby for 1pm when I got there Amy asked if I had an appointment I said I had a 1pm with Debby they both looked at me confused. Debby apparently has it turned off where she doesn't get notified for online bookings which she said out loud in front of me and her other client, she also yelled out that if she were to take me she couldnt style my hair which is fine cause I only needed a wash and haircut I dont need my hair styled. I felt super uncomfortable from the both of them because if you don't want anyone booking online why have that option? It also was my first time getting a haircut there and they both were just very rude. I went with Trichelle and she was the only one who was welcoming. This was the one time I was trying to treat myself. I should’ve known the service would not be up to par there was a couple of warning signs; I was not asked for a picture on the highlights I wanted or even asked what tone I was going for. When she did take me back to rinse me out and take out the foils. She did put a toner on again without asking what I was going for and then also put a conditioning treatment on my hair. I did not ask for this. I would have turned it down because my hair does not do well with these treatments, since then my hair has been constantly knotting and staticky since. The best salon in town, good prices and staff is very polite and efficient. I’ve been going there since I was a kid over 25 years. When you go there ask for Nidaa she’s the best! She’ll take care of you.

I had my hair cut by 2 different stylists and they both did a great job. Very happy with this salon.

Nada is the best hair dresser I come all the way from North Carolina to visit my mom and she cuts my hair and she usually is my mom hair dresser but I love her she is the best ! I recommend her to everyone !
