I never write reviews, but I have grown increasingly frustrated with the service provided and the lack of customer service. I’ve been going to this salon for years on and off, and unfortunately the service has progressively worsened each time. They rush through appointments, and the work has become so rough that my nails have become damaged. The salon does not feel sanitary anymore, never seeing equipment wiped down/cleaned, which is extremely concerning. There are constant online scheduling issues — I book with a specific tech and then end up being switched to someone else with no explanation. There was one visit last month that I was told I had to switch my appointment with my regular nail tech because she was “going to be on vacation” and then when I arrived she was there working on so

I always go to Fantasy Nail Spa to get my nails done. They accommodate me very quickly, and I can always make an appointment for the same day I call. They also are efficient but still do a great job. I leave with my nails and hands feeling beautiful, refreshed, and moisturized! I will be coming back.

They do a great job with short nails - I’m a chronic nail biter but I trust the staff here to deal with me gently and without judgement. Best salon for first timers. Plus they give nice massages too, and I received a complimentary gift on my way out! 🙏

Love this nail salon! It has a easy online booking system. It’s clean and so relaxing. They have different pedicures you can get and do a great job. I’ve had gel manicures and pedicures and am never disappointed.

This nail salon is neat and clean. This is my third visit in a row. What I like most is their 5-minute hand massage and a brief hot stone massage before the nail polish application. The staff are respectful and professional. I’ll definitely come again! The only downside is that they don’t have massage chairs, unlike most other salons.
