Sorry, but this place is just not up to par. I was in a hurry and needed a quick manicure at an affordable price. The lady that did my nails was just not very skilled. She did a low-rate, sloppy job. I walked away with uneven nails and air bubbles. The nail polish used was clearly old and sticky, not smooth. Had I known this, I could have selected another shade. I also noticed the nail instruments were out in the open, placed in a small tray attached to the roll-around caddy. She grabbed them and I immediately stopped her and asked "why are these not in a sterilized, unopened pouch?" She said that they had been, but they always set them in the tray after. I wanted to get my nails done for my birthday..I attached photos, so you be the judge. This was the only nail salon open after 8pm in the area last night. I knew something was fishy when I walked into Fantasy Beauty Spa, and it was empty on a Friday night. I regret stepping foot into this establishment :(

Went here to get my nails done for prom but my cuticle got destroyed in the process. Since it was my first time getting my nails done i thought it was normal but afterwards i was told by MANY people that no it is not normal to have your cuticle busted up afterwards.

I came here about 2 years ago to get myself a haircut. I just wanted a trim (like 2-3 inches). Instead I got the complete opposite, the lady chopped all my hair off & left it super short like not even long enough to put into a ponytail. I wasn’t really mad at the moment bc I did have a lot of split ends. However I have noticed that they don’t really listen to your needs instead they just do what want with you like if you’re their doll or model. It also took 2 year for my hair to grow, I am not sure if the lady that cut it was carrying bad vibes or why it took so long to grow.
