Fantastic Sams Cut & Color

I am from out of state and needed a walk in haircut done, and I walked in and asked for a 1-2 meaning a fade and the left side blended in, and I got a 1.5 all around no fade and when I asked about why they didn't blend it she said I should have told her before and then she remembered that I had told her but it was to late because it was already cut. Cut doesn't look terrible just nothing I asked for was right, defently won't be returning. And then I still had to pay full price👎

Went saturday at around 11:50ish This older lady messed up my hair so much she cut it so uneven. Looks absolutely horrible. She didn't even ask if she wanted it washed or anything she cut it dry now so uneven. She didn't even blow dry it after washing or anything.

I've been getting my hair cut twice a month for almost 10 years and my son once a month which is a roughly$100 including tips. Twice including tonight I was turned away by Nadine saying they were booked out. Tonight there was only 2 men in the shop when I walked in tonight and it was 30mns before closing. If this continues imt taking my business elsewhere. In my opinion Paula should have the first chair

I recently brought my five-year-old in to get his haircut. The WORST experience we have ever had! The stylist acted like she didn't even want to do it and was short with him the entire time. While using the clippers on his hair, they kept repeatedly snagging; I could hear them. When he voiced this was hurting, she told him, “No, it doesn't; that's just my clippers.” His hair is so light blonde it doesn't look like it, but it is THICK! His cut looks absolutely awful! We will definitely not be returning and making sure no one else in our family does either!

Everyone is always really polite and I always leave with a great cut. Nadine is awesome and is usually my go-to stylist but if she’s unavailable I have zero issues letting one of the others cut my hair. Everyone is so professional and very obviously take pride in their craft.
