Fantastic Sams Cut & Color

I am extremely upset with my haircut. I researched stylist in the area as I have had terrible prior experiences. I reached out to a highly recommended stylist at this location MONTHS in advance. I requested pictures of her work for validation. I also provided pictures of the hair cut that I was interested in and previous pictures of the style that I had before. She assured me that she could do the style. My hair looks NOTHING like the photos that I provided. I stopped her before I ended up being bald headed. If you do not like your job, FIND ANOTHER ONE. The refund doesn’t even rectify this hack job. Then her co-worker had the audacity to try and gaslight me that my cut was just like the pictures that I provided. I look like I have enlisted in the service. NEVER go here.

The crew has made sure I had my hair cut exactly the way I wanted it. They greeted me when entering and making sure I was happy with the cut all through the process. They also answered questions about product that I had asked. Def will continue to use Fantastic Sam's in Walker, LA!!!!! All of the crew have always made sure my wife, my kids and I have always been taken care of and feel like family every time we all go to get a cut. I give Jessica, Josh, Megan, Mrs. Gidget a 💯!!!!!!!

Josh was absolutely wonderful to me with my big change, he took his time to make sure my cut was perfect with my curly hair. His energy was wonderful. He also gave me so much information that I needed what what I should be using product wise and I was so thankful for that! Will definitely go to him again. 10/10.

Josh was great. He cut my hair just like I wanted only better! I was in and out quickly. I highly recommend Josh at Fantasic Sams!

Don't bother telling them how you want your hair cut because they didn't listen. I asked to have light trim, leave the sides full and do not touch the top. Sides were cut really short and the top was butchered with the front cut uneven.
