Fantastic Sams Cut & Color

I walked in with very specific reference pictures and asked her to cut off an inch, maybe two. she proceeded to cut off like four inches, make both sides uneven, and messed up my face framing really bad. i asked for a trim with light layers and cleaning up my face framing. i went and cried in my car afterwards it was so bad. edit: i got my hair cut by Emily and while looking at more reviews ive noticed that this is a reoccurring issue with her, and maybe i should have looked at the reviews before booking an appointment.

I had an amazing experience today at Fantastic Sam’s - Waconia with my stylist, Maggie! I booked an appointment online and went in for a cut, full-foil, and eyebrow wax. She told me the pricing beforehand which was great, so I knew what to expect. It was much more affordable than I expected. My hair turned out so cute and she did an excellent job on my cut as well as my eyebrow wax. She was a great conversationalist and it felt like I was chatting with an old friend. It was overall a great experience and I would absolutely get my hair done here again! 5/5 experience!

Consistent, beautiful coloring on my hair by Mya! Red hair is hard to do and she does a fantastic job! The price is great and the result is even better. I trust her with any hair cut or color I need!

Emily has always done a great job on my hair! If she leaves I'll have to let my hair grow, lol

Great haircuts and friendly experienced staff. Would've been a long wait though if I would've been 10 minutes early like they recommend. I was a few minutes late for my scheduled time but still waited 10-15 minutes until they were ready for me. I'm not an 'in a hurry' person so I didn't care but some people would be upset about it so that's why I didn't rate them 5 stars.
